The perfect glass for your celebration drink. This classic flute is modelled on an elongated professional tasting glass, with a fine crystal bowl that will display your wine's colour and effervescence to the fulland a narrow lip to help keep the threads of bubbles flowing. A long slender stem makes this perfectly balanced glass a delight to hold and keeps warm hands well away from the wine.

The 23.5cm high glass holds 20cl of wine.

Tip: To avoid flying corks and major spillages when opening a bottle of champagne, hold the cork firmly and twist the bottle.

The classic Champagne Cocktail begins with a sugar cube in your champagne flute. Add enough angostura bitters to dissolve the sugar (probably half a dozen drops). Then add a small measure of brandy and top up with champagne.

The Bellini is another classic champagne drink, simply made by half filling your glass with peach juice (or a third glass of peach puree) and topping up with champagne or (traditionally) Proscetto. Make sure your glass and all the ingredients are chilled.
