Oscar Otter loves fishing.  He's not a coarse fisherman, although you should hear his language when a fish escapes his clutches.  He has soft fur and velvet paws and wears a lovely zip-up canvas gilet and you can just see a fish sticking out of his canvas shoulder bag.  He's 33 cm tall and heavy enough to act as a door stop. His nine inch tail is nearly as long as the 'one that got away'.
