Orders with a total value of £40.00 or more are delivered free of charge.  We charge £6.00 for delivery of orders with a total value of under £40.00. Dispatches to most of the UK mainland are shipped using DHL's next working day service. Orders to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle Of Man are sent via the Royal Mail. Although we aim to deliver all items within two working days of ordering, delays beyond our control can occur. Therefore you should allow 3 working days before contacting us to tell us an order due to be despatched by DHL has not been delivered or 21 working days to tell us an order due to be despatched by Royal Mail has not arrived.  (Please note that wherever possible we recycle packaging do don't be suprised if your Dora Designs door stop arrives in a box marked 'Flame Candles' or some such!)

We can ship to the Channel Islands using the Royal Mail and to other parts of the world. Orders for these countries are taken by phone only (0845 1899864) and shipping charges need to be quoted.

You are entitled by law to cancel an order and return the goods within seven days.  However we are pleased to accept the return of any item which you decide you do not want within 21 days of despatch, provided the item is returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging to protect it from damage.  You must have a certificate of posting. Items with a value of £30.00 or more can be returned free of charge using a label we supply.  Email shop@yourlifeyourstyle.co.uk with your name, address and order number, requesting a returns label.  We do not pay postage on returns of a value less than £30.00 unless the items you received were damaged or incorrect.    If you wish, you may return an item directly to our shop at Unit 37, The Brooks Centre, Winchester SO23 8QY within our shop opening times. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of our receiving the goods and credited to the card with which you paid.  

This does not affect your statutory rights.
